Selfheal and bean soup

   

Ingredients:

Self-heal 70g, soybeans 100g, 2 pieces pig spleen, 150g of pork, three candied,
2 slice of ginger

How to cook:
  1. Soak the self-heal, cook the pig spleen and pork in hot water. Wash all the ingredients and pour 2500ml of water into the pot.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the pot.
  3. Once mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hour.
  4. Add sugar if you like your tea tonic sweeter.
Medicinal uses: to clear internal heat, nourish the liver.

Self-heal congee

   

Ingredients:

Self-heal 30g, rice 100g.

How to cook
  1. Wash all the ingredients.
  2. Cut the self-heal in section, put it in filter bag and boil it in a pot.
  3. Once mixture comes to a boil, pour the rice in the pot.
  4. Boil it and server
Medicinal use: lower blood pressure.

Ingredients:

Eggs, self-heal 15g, motherwort 20g, brown sugar 50g.

How to cook:
  1. Wash all the ingredients.
  2. Put herbals in filter bag boil with the egg.
  3. Once mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
